- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Poor customer service skills from the older woman who clearly had no multi-tasking or high volume customer service experience. Ignored my wife and I and then proceeded to pour taste glasses for a tour group of 8 people who arrived well after we had positioned ourselves, right in front of her. We ended off buying about $600 worth of wine from all the other wineries in the region though. Didn't spend a cent in this place and will avoid future purchases, tasting or recommendations of Seppeltsfield Wines after this experience.By dave nolan, June 22, 2017
